I had the privilege to run an art programming #drawingclass with the #MustardSeed Calgary Shelter. The class took place over 13 weeks, with the final class ending with an #ArtShow.

I was amazed to watch each person grow throughout the class. We often had the art room completely full! 

It was incredible to watch the art students work together on their art show displays, #teamwork, #workingthroughtrauma, #Arthealing
