God’s Chariot – Photobashing & Digital Painting 

I’ve always been in awe when reading about Ezekiel’s vision of God’s Chariot in Ezekiel chapter 1 & 10. It was on my bucket list to design some concept art based upon Ezekiel’s vision and I finally had some spare time to do it. I chose to do it digitally with a photo bashing technique to capture some realism in this otherwise other worldly image. I’m happy with the results.

I included a couple variations of the image, one without the glowing white orbs around the wheels (which represent the eyes on the rims of the wheels described by Ezekiel.) Another version omits the foreground clouds, and the final version omits both the foreground clouds and the wheel’s eyes altogether.
